OEM FilterHub Shipping Policy
At OEM FilterHub, we aim to process and ship your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Order Processing Time
- In-stock items are typically shipped within 24 hours of order placement.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Out-of-Stock & Manufacturer-Sourced Items
- If an item is not in stock and must be sourced from the manufacturer, it generally takes 2–3 business days for us to receive it before shipping it out to you.
- Most orders are shipped within 2–3 business days, but in some cases, items may take up to 5–6 business days to arrive from the manufacturer before shipping.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Standard ground shipping times vary by location and usually take 2–7 business days.
Expedited or overnight shipping is available for an additional charge.
Oversized Shipments
- Oversized shipments may incur extra shipping fees.
- In such cases, we will contact you for approval before shipping.
Carrier Substitution
We reserve the right to substitute shipping carriers if doing so can help reduce shipping costs for our customers.
International Shipping

Backorders & Discontinued Items
If an item is on backorder or discontinued, we will make every effort to locate and supply the part as quickly as possible.
