Return Policy
- All return requests must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order.
- A copy of the original invoice must be included with any return.
- A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returned items.
- Returned parts must not be used, in resalable condition, and in their original packaging.
- We do not accept returns on:
1. Used parts.
2. Installed or trial-fitted parts
3. Electrical components
- We reserve the right to inspect all returned items and may refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
- Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or damaged item).
Order Cancellation Policy
- Orders may be canceled prior to shipment by contacting our customer service team.
- Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled and must go through the standard return process.
